I real nice guy, but he was paid & trusted to handle the documents of my mothers estate. Upon her recent death, it was discovered he had not done things correctly, & it has caused serious problems for all her disbursements to her family. And rather than correct the problems, he ignored all the requests to return phone calls, (which was an ongoing problem with him & his very rude office staff at other times before this)
