I was greeted by a calm, clean, comfortable waiting area and immediately acknowledged and offered cold bottled water and coffee. I was quick to be helped and the process for getting an estimate was painless. The lady at the front desk was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Terrible. I took my company car in to get some repairs done--fix a rear bumper. I got a call nearly a week later saying it was finished. I sent another staff member to pick up the car. The tow hitch in the back was never put back on, the license plates were missing from the front and I had to go back to get those! Service was very poor, everyone who worked there seemed to be full of excuses and nobody seemed to communicate with one another. The job was very poorly handled and I would never recommend them to anyone.
