We checked a number of other "established" agencies and we found Fair Rent A Car to be the most reasonable. The service was very professional; Matt not only offered insurance advice but pointed us various attractions such as Disney Springs and Icon Park, all of which we visited and enjoyed. Plus they picked us up from the hotel! Overall, the service was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending Fair Rent A Car to all travelers.

I was looking for an affordable rental to explore more of Disney and surrounding area. I got that through Fair Rent A Car. They explained the process and charges upfront and you felt like you were getting a fair deal (no pun intended). Unlike the other rental agencies or third-party websites, there were no gimmicks or unnecessary add-ons. All round It was great service, clean vehicle at an affordable price. Thanks again to Matt and the team! I high recommend this rental agency, see you again soon.

First of all, I must say I was coerced to give a review after renting the car which I gave a 5 star review but my experience after I returned the car was so bad. I initially rented the car for 3 days then had to extend it for another 5 days . I told the gentleman(Matt) that I would like to return the car at 6pm which he agreed at no extra cost and made a note on the file showing me on their screen.
