I have always loved Fair Oaks. Both of my Grandmothers have been here. I like the size of the facility, homelike environment, beautiful courtyard and large therapy department. Staff is welcoming and attentive to visitors and residents.

I didn’t even want to give a star at all. Horrible place. Had to take my mom out of there. The smell when you walk in this facility is horrendous, the building is so old and the rooms look terrible. You can just walk in, no check in, or no signing in. Beds were very uncomfortable and bedding terrible. My mom was in the same clothes for days. They do not shower the clients and sometimes (and I mean sometimes) wipe them down with a cold towel. Unacceptable. They do not follow diets. I was brought out to Fair Oaks recently as an entertainment vendor for the residents and staff. I had such a wonderful time! The staff was all friendly and accommodating and the residents were all happy, comfortable and a joy to perform for. I've performed for a lot of nursing homes and assisted living facilities over the past few decades and it isn't every time I get to see one as clean and well kept as Fair Oaks, with a staff that clearly cares a great deal about the comfort of their residents.

The care and treatment that is provided here is top notch! The staff and personnel here are absolutely amazing, highly recommended
