Facility is very clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They have a great rehab dept and work hard to help stregthen patients so they can reach their goals. Highly recommend!
don't not let your loved ones go there we had my fath inlaw removed and brought to the hospital.. they where not taking care of him they tried saying we didn't need to we got him to the hospital to find out he was not getting his meds he has swors on his body he has not been bathed or showed in weeks umong other stuff we will be filing a complaint and contacting a attorney..
They have taken very good care of my husband the staff is excellent, very professional and very caring. Administrator and staff are very kind and they always have time for you. I'd also like to say they're billing department. Miss Heather, she is so great. And awesome. She always has time to find the help. You need and she's always there for you so all I can say is that Fair Oaks is a great place if you have to have a loved one, somewhere like that.
