Absolutely unprofessional. Savannah Wheeler is the worst worker ever. No knowledge of the law at all. I can’t believe she was hired to work.
Thay were roud and didn't follow up.
Horrible - stay away if you really need help. They took my case 2/17/23 and only did two very quick things for me before my case was closed 3/17/23 - and one of the things they did went against my wishes. During my initial contact I shared what was most important to me - something that was happening weeks later - and they did nothing. I brought this up a few days beforehand and was told that they don't handle urgent matters. They really wasted my time when I didn't have time to spare. Now I'm facing homelessness.
They are not advocating for families there leaving them to die in cars
