Horrible - stay away if you really need help. They took my case 2/17/23 and only did two very quick things for me before my case was closed 3/17/23 - and one of the things they did went against my wishes. During my initial contact I shared what was most important to me - something that was happening weeks later - and they did nothing. I brought this up a few days beforehand and was told that they don't handle urgent matters. They really wasted my time when I didn't have time to spare. Now I'm facing homelessness.
They are not advocating for families there leaving them to die in cars
They are responsible for complaints but Noone answers phones voice mails are full it appears everyone's on a timeout overtime I've complained been promised a call ignored you guys ignore people in hopes they die off or get tired whichever the case reginal offices need to be audited to see if complaints are even being acknowledged of receipt,not a bit of support only other numbers to call its so exhausting I've been to the actual office twice during covid same ignorance and thick silence as noones doing anything
These people are useless! I spent about 45 minutes with a person who did my intake information. I then got a call several days later for a telephone conference with Karen the attorney. Boy was that color waste of time. None of the issues she was willing to deal with. Avoid fair housing advocates. No helpful information not willing to assist
