One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. These guys are straight up scammers. They gave me a dirty car from the start, so I decided to switch to another company. When I tried to return their car, they refused to take it back and kept making excuses, clearly trying to keep the car a few extra days to bill my insurance more. "Fair Deal" more like UNfair deal THis palce is shady as hell, the guy there Cahil is rude & seemed kind of dumb. They will try and rip you off. I was told it was a certain amount per day. They lie to get you agree to their scam. They tried to charge me double + all these hidden fees that are completely ridiculous. If I could give one star I would!
The moment I got on the phone with them, the employee talked over me like he was a 10 yr old kid just so I couldn't tell him the situation. Hidden fees like an extra charge for winter tires lol Please never use this company!
Terrible customer service, and many hidden charges.
Found a a dead mouse in the car I got close to the gas pedal. Staff not friendly. They will ignore your calls based on how they feel that day, or to simply satisfy the business needs not the customers.
