My wife and I went here 12 years ago. They did not help much to put long story short. They have a sllooowww process. We had no choice but to declare bankruptcy. Since then I've learned a lot. This company is NOT part of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. It speaks volumes they are not part of the NFCC non-profit network. Also hated coming here become because live 30 minutes away and the security/parking attendant were always rude. Please avoid this company. Find a reputable company with the NFCC.
I don’t understand how this place has so many stars. I am trying so hard to find help to rebuild my credit. I’ve had sent the person inztel (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) she “was” suppose to be helping me with my case to improve my credit score. The first appointment it was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances” ok I totally understood life happens. The appointment I rescheduled the lady was 30 minutes late at calling. They have been very supportive and prompt to assist. A big thanks to Ellen and Talin for assisting me and getting me started, they took their time to not only explain the program but also go over the details and scenarios and i really valued that!
Very disappointed. I reached out to them for assistance and after 5 plus weeks of going back and forth the representative (Talin) emailed me and I quote: "I have sent numerous notices to find out more about your situation and I have not heard back. At this point, it may be best to seek assistance elsewhere. I'm sorry. " Poor service.
