Fair Claims won our case. We didn't think we had a chance at all when damage occurred to our restaurant and we had to close for repairs. They got us money to rebuild and for lost revenues and profits which really helped us recover from what happened. We originally filed a claim with the insurance company but got an offer that didn't cover the cost to repair which caused more frustration and depression. The lawyers at Fair Claims were great to deal with and helped when we were really down. Now we are back in business!
We were very happy that Fair Claims resolved an issue regarding a leak in our kitchen. The insurance company said the issue was not covered, but we got a settlement.
