Fair Claims is corrupt and absolutely useless. I agree with all the negative reviews. They sided with the renters on something that we didn't even go to arbitration for. Do not go to Fair Claims unless you want the bullies to win and to be victimized all over again.
Biased, unfair, and fraudulent arbitration. The only possible explanations for ignoring the evidence presented are: fraud, incompetence, or the inability to read. I'm not sure which is worse. Arbitrator ruled in my favor for pennies on the dollar using unsound logic and professionally incorrect methods to determine the award. fair claims team is anything but fair, they dont look at your contract,. if they did they would see i was in the right, also they gave me 4 days to respond but in 3 days already decided the case in renters favor, corrupt, unfair litigation wanna bees
