This place socks and is very unprofessional. You can never get a hold of them and they lie and say you haven't made your payment and try to get you to pay more when you're already paid. They are rude and don't help if the car brakes down it's all on you and the mechanic shop when we don't even own the car Fair does you would think they would be more concerned about their car and the fact that I have to walk to work or ask for a ride...but they still take your payment even tho you can't drive the dar...I would not recommend t... read more

This is a terrible place to lease a car, the people who work for them are Rude. I caught COVID and was down for 4 months....I was able to keep my house, my other 2 cars and all my credit cards and everything but not my FAIR leasing vehicle....I was over 100 days and they charged me off and recovered the car...I called them to get it back and had cash in hand to get it back and NOPE, we charged you off....what a company right....
I leased a 2016 car from Fair 9 days after I picked it up battery died..they Initially did not want to take care of it I had to push back before they replaced it for free..1045 later car was not driving right so they told me to take to PepBoys, they did inspection found lower control arm bushings torn and tires was worn unevenly and I needed brakes. Fair stated they would cover control arms however I had to come out of pocket for $650.00 to make car safe with new tires and brakes but it gets better tags on car was up in the ... read more
Fair has unfair business practices and is on the brink of bankruptcy. We leased a car with them, our payments were set on autopay. Fair says they discontinued autopay for all their customers during the pandemic, but we never received any notifications about discontinuing autopay. Two payments were missed, fair never bothered to call or notify us with a letter. Instead, they sent someone to repo our car at 4AM.
