Kristen knows her stuff and is focused on my comfort. I always feel so much better than when I walked in.
I went to Kristin because my low back and hips hurt so bad I could barely walk. My tail bone felt crushed (compressed) and I was having pins and needles down my legs and in my feet whenever I slept on my side. Kristin stretched and manipulated my legs and hips. When I left I felt better, the next morning I felt great and could move again!! Kristin's technique is gold!
