I always walk out feeling relaxed and recharged! Kristin makes sure to check in on what's going on with my body and takes the time to focus on target areas each session.
My experience was awesome! She was really knowledgable about the body and I didn't get sore after my leg workout this week at all and I'm ususlly sore for about 4 days, highly reccomend her!
Kristin provides expert level care and was able to loosen the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders leaving me feeling relaxed and pain free. Her calm and patient demeanor helps me to “dial it down” - the whole experience was the best investment in ‘me’ I made this week. She also took time to show me some stretches to do at home and while traveling to target tight/painful muscles.
