I can't say enough good things about this place! I was having terrible arm, shoulder and neck pain and I went a couple of months ago hoping to relieve some of the pain with a massage. Kristin was so knowledgeable and helpful and amazing at what she does. She gave me exercises to keep the pain from coming back and educated me about what was going on. I have been pain free ever since the massage and implementing the exercises. HIGHLY recommend!
Highly recommend, Kristin is an empathetic and knowledgeable practitioner that made me feel beyond comfortable.
Kristen is the best and always fixes me up. Great attention to detail and goes the extra mile to recommend stretches!
