Extremely unprofessional. Unbelievably hard to get a hold of. Waited several months for an appointment with Jimmy (even as repeat customer) in order to have him look at our docs. When we called for our appt., he was not available. Later we were told, since he thought our appointment was in person, he was not willing to keep our meeting as a phone call and he gave our time slot to someone else.
