I visited Denton in november and december while staying with my daughter and granddaughter. During my time there, I often stopped by Faded Blue, and it quickly became one of my favorite places in town. The store is wonderful and cozy, with a great atmosphere for music lovers. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I purchased many vintage vinyl records — hard rock, jazz, and progressive rock — and even brought them back home with me to Ukraine. This place is great for vintage furniture, vinyls and posters not to mention the back room that has everything for darts. When we first walked in we could smell Warm Tobacco Pipe from a candle, was nice and not to strong as to over power the sense of smell. There are so many little things here, which my daughter likes. Well organized and clean. Definitely will be back since they have a great selection of vinyls!

Faded Blue is a hidden gem in Denton! Plants, records, vintage clothes, and amazing conversation? What’s not to love! I picked up a great new plant today, and got to chat with Devin, the owner. I can’t wait to go back!

The owner's very kind and has great taste, and his selection of VG+ LPs is awesome sauce! The records I bought play wonderfully and the prices for them were lower than at every other record shop in town! Highly recommend!

Store is great. Selection changes every week and there is always a great rotation of things to grab. Organization can be hit or miss but the owner and workers are always great to talk with and very knowledgeable. Prices are extremely great too, you will definitely find gems.
