Sarah always changed the appointment time last minute. Then after my last full session, she told me to come in for touch ups, no charge. After waiting months to fade, I keep calling/ texting/ emails and no answer for weeks! There are still visible letters in this tattoo after 5 sessions. Now I’m left with a half ass job! She took over $1K then threw me to the side. Horrible customer service. Does not care about clients
