Hi factory seconds We walked into the shop only yesterday looking for a corner sofa I found it hidden away upstairs and we were supported by jill pleasantly She was very helpful Also we asked if it would be possible for delivery the next day and amazing and now (the day after) im sat on my brand new sofa Thank you so much
Really disappointed very bad service
Thank you too factory seconds for your amazing customer service. very polite and helpful..ordered a new double bed wardrobe and drawers.delivery was on time so pleased didn’t have to wait long either and wow the price too just amazing I will definitely be back to order in the future. And will recommend to all my family and friends thank you 😁
Ordered new bed on Thursday. Service, Quality of goods and competitive prices will not be beaten. I am awaiting delivery on Thursday and don’t anticipate any problems. I would recommend Factory Seconds to anyone.Great Service all round. Thank You
Great service and prices in Tunstall store, but delivery service is shocking. Told delivery 9am- 12 then told 1pm, then 2 pm. Apparently had issues at last drop Anyway, eventually arrived at 3.30. They couldn't get wardrobes upstairs even though we took our own up which are exactly same size. Said they can't do anymore but would come back tomorrow to get them up but would charge an extra £40. Disgraceful service. Fair to say I won't be going there again and certainly wouldn't reccomend
