Wow…. Outstanding service. Stopped in and found out the sunglasses that needed repair were not purchased here. However Julian still went out of his way to help me and repair them like new. Customer service outdoes anything else! I will be returning to make purchases here for future glasses/sunglasses.
I had such a great experience at Factory Optical thanks to Jola and Rayah. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in picking out the perfect glasses. They took their time with me, and I never once felt rushed—even though I probably chatted their ears off!
