I am disappointed with my recent experience at this eye clinic. I ordered contact lenses and waited a long time without receiving any update. When I called to ask about my order, the receptionist told me that the clinic would contact me once the lenses arrived. After checking my name, I was later informed that my order had actually been at the clinic since May 27. What made the situation more frustrating was the inconsistent explanations I received.
