Staff were so friendly and were able to fix my glasses in a few minutes!
I would like to give a big shout out to Jayden and Sofia!! Together they both helped me every time I went in looking for classic Ray Bans. Jayden made great suggestions, including David Beckham glasses. In the end I decided on Ray Ban Clubmaster in black and gold. Upgraded to transition lenses. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service. They both deserve a raise!

Factory Optical on Quance St is a great location. Madison was a great help, and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and sunglasses! I did see Dr.Laidlaw, she was friendly and answered all my questions! Would recommend this location.
