The furniture is not the best or near to ok. This couch/sleeper is a board hard and uncomfortable and they’re giving havoc and I’m a senior..I’ll take this down if they exchange it. I’m not asking for money back just exchange.

Do to my own medical issues and limitations with mobility, I had to do my shopping all from home. The sales agent handled everything via text and arranged for purchase and delivery including setup of our new bed. Other than storm related delays in getting our new bed which wasn't the store's fault, I have no complaints.
