I stopped by factory eyeglass one hour before closing on a Saturday and Alex took great care of me. I appreciate his expertise and his eagerness to please and serve. Phenomenal service! I have to say that this kind of customer service no longer exists. How refreshing to stumble into a place that takes such good care of you. My needs were met : I left with the perfect pair of sunglasses and a second pair to be sent home promptly. Thank you Alex! I will never go anywhere else.
