Exceptional Service and Quality from Jovany and Factory Direct I recently had the pleasure of working with Jovany and the team at Factory Direct for my kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I reached out, Jovany was incredibly attentive, guiding me through the selection process for my countertop, backsplash, and island. The craftsmanship is top-notch! The materials selected not only enhance the aesthetics of my kitchen but also reflect the quality and durability I was looking for. ... read more
I am very impressed with the level of service rendered to us. Our initial contact was warm and pleasant, but now this team feels like family. We received expert level care from the concept phase of our project, and throughout the construction phase. Now that we have reached the end of the project, I can truly say that the owner and team has done a splendid job supporting us all the way to completion of the project. Kudos guys! Look forward to the next project. Kind Regards -gb

If you're looking for quality stone and top-notch service, Rabi is your guy. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed me fantastic quartz options, and made sure I felt confident in my selection. The slab looks stunning, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle, free. Thanks again, Rabi
had an excellent experience purchasing my cabinets from this company. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding.
