I enjoy my experience shopping here. The owner and his wife were super sweet and helpful with everything. Took their time to explain and the selection here was great. This was my 3rd and thank God final stop. I will certainly be back
Extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of professionalism. I was promised black granite countertops, and the owner personally came to take measurements and matched a previous quote I had. After more than 10 days of waiting, they suddenly claimed they made a “mistake” and demanded $500 more — even though the error was entirely theirs. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I was promised black granite, and the owner personally took all measurements. After making me wait over 10 days, he suddenly claimed a “mistake” and tried to charge me $500 more. Even worse, they prepared the wrong color — which the owner admitted was his fault — yet refused to fix or take responsibility. Factory Direct made my kitchen look incredible! The cabinets are strong and stylish, and the granite is gorgeous. The team was kind and worked quickly. Great prices for such high quality. I’m thrilled with the results!
