I'm quite happy with this store! The furniture I purchased is of high quality, strong and comfortable, and looks even better in person. Retailer guys don't just push for a sale; they give you amazing bargains and make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. GET THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!! Sam and Mo came into our new home with entire living room and kitchen sets. For the most part they set everything up outside and then very carefully brought it in and pieced together what they needed to. Polite and clean, and didn't leave any garbage behind at all. Will use them everytime we buy furniture!
Highly recommend. Gary was great to deal with, gave me great price on bed frame and headboard with delivery and installation. Mo and Sam delivered and installed the bed frame under 1 hr. Great service.
Dean is such a wonderful person. I would recommend factory Direct furniture at any time.
