My wife and I came in to get a new couch and not only do they have a great selection, Gary was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, informative and just all around a great sales guy and dude in general. Would absolutely recommend buying from them for any furniture you need as I plan to replace most of my old furniture soon.

Good looking, quality, real wood, furniture that’s made in Canada and competitively priced…..that’s not easy to find. Gary and his team made our shopping easy and comfortable and we feel like we got great value. And the delivery/setup team are absolute professionals. I give them five stars as well. They unboxed and placed every item without a scratch on our walls and took the cardboard with them on the way out. We had a great experience at Factory Direct and so will you.
