Although we waited 9.5 weeks for our love seat and chair, it was well worth the wait!!! AND the delivery chaps, Sam and Mo, were polite and considerate which rounded out a great customer experience.

My mother recommended me this store for a couch. Her experience was great, and I trusted her! As I walked in Gary was very kind, asked me specifics of what I was looking for and showed me what could fit in my area I was looking to put it in. Bought the couch on the 12th, and got it delivered the 17th. Got a call the night before to confirm my drop off location and time. Promised time of 2-4pm. Recently purchased a couch and bedroom set from this store. We were told at purchase that it would arrive between Sept 7 and 14. That was fine. When it didn't arrive by then we began to call to see what the ETA would be as we understand sometimes delays happen. Instead of being honest with us they decided to give us the run around for a few more weeks. We would be put on hold while they pretended to contact the drivers or check the tracking.
