1 Bad experience. I purchased a sofa and 2 recliners. I made the mistake of paying cash. The salesperson, Tracy Martin assured me that everything was in stock and my delivery would be next Thursday. On delivery date, I received a call stating they only had 1 recliner and would probably next week before the other recliner arrived, but could not assure me I would be receiving it next week. They have my $3,052 and I am at their mercy. LESSON LEARNED!!!!
So far, they have been very slow to respond to an issue with a purchase we made. Purchased a "Credenza". Did not think to try to open doors for a couple of days. Three out of four doors have a problem. Two doors very, very, hard to open. Going back to store to talk to them in person!
