Factory Direct Furniture is the best! When I moved out north of Edmonton, I needed several items of furniture. I ordered 3 weeks before my move with the arrangement that when my mover went through Edmonton, he would pick up everything. Well, everything was not available - the sofabed I ordered hadn't arrived. Gary assured me that it would be delivered to me at no additional cost (2 hrs north of Edmonton!).
