Scam! Ordered a fridge which arrived but is not working. Have emailed and filled out the contact page and called/messaged on Whatsapp. All ignored. Have had to get fair trading involved now as Bora is too cowardly to take my calls.
Terrible!!! We had a fridge from Factory Direct AU no longer than 2 weeks before it started playing up and the water dispenser completely stopped working. I tried calling calling and calling leaving messages to please call me back and nothing. I went to the shop in Braeside and no one was there. I saw that they had a for lease sign up, for lot 14 and searched finding they’re going into liquidation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to pay for broken goods and no refund or offer to fix.
never buy item from here, i got a TV and a fridge last year, now the TV backligth fualty, the owner say he will help to get it fix as in still in warranty, but i try to contact him, he never pick up the phone for arrangement to fix it
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought a fridge and it died in 3 days. The fridge we saw in the photos looked different to the one we ended up getting so we were already suspicious. We had a technician come out and have a look at the fridge and the technician said there was no way of fixing it. We tried for several weeks to contact the company to organise a refund and they screened our calls and never called us back. Scam!!! Never received my fridge or refund not replying to my emails or phone calls single mum with 2 disabled children and I can’t afford to lose the money I paid for my fridge now no money to buy another one. please be warned DO NOT buy from them. Need to share so others do not end up in the same position I am disgusted they can still be trading and selling to the Australian public.
