I have used the Carpet Factory over many years for my properties. Always attentive, they keep you updated with progress on the order and fitting. Great selection of excellent quality products at egood value for money prices. Never disappointed. Well done team Carpet Factory.
Having visited the somewhat untidy warehouse, we ordered a carpet selected from a sample book they loaned us. A chap came round to measure and stated the carpet would need to be ordered. We heard nothing for a few days despite phone calls and emails so we popped in to get an update face to face. We were then shown a carpet from stock which the lady stated it was what we had chosen; it wasn’t and was of a lesser quality.
