STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They went under during COVID-19 as they did not continue to support updates to their app on the Clover marketplace. I'm writing this review now after so many years because they are apparently now "back in business" & to prevent other businesses giving their money to a shady company. We had bought over 1,000 plastic cards from them for 2 of our 6 businesses to use as gift cards as well as membership/points system, but they all became useless because the app no longer connected to their online serv... read more
Whoever runs the support emails / orders for this company is manually typing out the tracking numbers in their emails which is one of the biggest "this company is incompetent" red flags that I've seen
Our company had a previous gift card system that was broken and not what we needed to scale up with 9 stores. We started our search for a solution in the spring of 2024 and found Factor 4. By the start of July we were live with a new system that integrated all of the functionality that we were looking for thanks to Factor 4. Ryan & Zach have been fantastic from start to finish.
