Been contemplating a kitchen remodel /update for a few months now and found my way to Factor HD. I was greeted by Ethan who gave me a few suggestions before introducing to me Chris and Vlad the owners. These guys are great! They had a few basic questions for me about the look I was going for and my budget then showed me some great options and some of their work. They're local to the valley and been around since 1988. We purchased a Laminam porcelain product for an outdoor barbeque. Cynthia and everyone at FHD were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was quick and personal. They communicate and follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly. I couldn't ask for more and I love my new counter!
