I placed an order on May 7 and have repeatedly attempted to contact Factor Bikes through their online support channels. It has now been several weeks, and I have yet to receive any response regarding my inquiry. For a premium brand that positions itself at the high end of the cycling market, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I was able to walk into the showroom and got some great advice and insights on what bike to get and what size to choose. Sean is the best. The bike of course is amazing and great value for its money.
They don’t answer their email inquiries, and there appears to be no phone number to talk to somebody support is lacking
