If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The online service is absolutely DISGUSTING. Faceoff are clearly selling rejected and FAULTY items. There was a time the clothing was of decent quality, and the service was so much better. However, my last two online orders have had obvious manufacturer faults. The first time, I didnt complain. I have always loved the face off brand ever since I was in school. I still use them to this day when the website actually stocks sizes other than 6- 10 in most cases. Drove all the way from Toowoomba, QLD, to the wholesaler in Melbourne, to spend big and stock up on the clothes that I love. Even though the site and every other source told me they were open......... They were not If customers want to shop at the wholesaler, there is a number to call to make an appointment.
