I had such a disappointing and stressful experience with this company!!! I placed a very expensive order and, after more than 6 weeks, I still had not received the product, tracking details, or even a clear dispatch timeframe. The lack of communication was honestly appalling. They told me they were checking with the supplier for an update and would get back to me as soon as possible, but then never did. Unfortunately have had bad experience with ordering a product which I never received until now and it’s been over a month. I have left 2 emails and 2 voice messages, no one has picked up the phone to help me get a refund. I received only one email from a customer service person who asked if I would like a refund and after that there has been no response from SkinSocial after I emailed back and left voice messages. I’m reporting this with my Bank. And I won’t be a returning customer.
WARNING: Whatever you do, don't order any products through Social Skin website !! They quickly take your money. And after paying Express Delivery, you'll be lucky if you get a vague email (after the expired delivery date) stating your order will be delivered two weeks late. But in reality, you don't receive your order at all. In fact, they deliberately ignore all your emails and further contact. Including refund enquiries. PayPal is involved now. Every experience I have had with Astrid has been so welcoming and non-judgemental, I am quite self conscious of the fact I know very little about skin care in my 30’s. But she has guided me throughout it all, she has been realistic with treatments and building a skin routine that suits me. Each treatment I have had has been amazing, sooo relaxing, so thoughtful and my skin has never been better. 100% I have been recommending skin social to everyone. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
I did the Fast Face Treatment and complimentary birthday LED with Dermalux. Natalie had the best service and was so friendly and kind. She listened to my skin concerns and provided some samples to take home. Thoroughly enjoyed the facial, pore cleaning and massage. Was so relaxing. The LED was a great way to top it off. 10/10 would book again with Natalie!
