Awful customer service. They lie constantly and took my money with no intention of ever sending my products. Countless emails and phone calls and too many lies. I ended up saying if I don’t get a refund I’ll take it further! I will be reporting.
Had a super positive experience with skin social, both online and in clinic. The girls are so warm and welcoming, including the girls working behind the scenes in the warehouse. I hired an LED flex device and was super happy with my experience. Also attended the clinic for led sessions and found the process super efficient :)
Sue has the best energy and personality, could not recommend her enough! Time and time again she does a fantastic job! Shae on reception is polite, and efficient. Definitely check them out!
Kate is just amazing! She takes the time to educate me about my concerns and treatment options. Never puts pressure on and is always friendly and professional.
My husband booked one of the facials followed by a LED therapy. I didn't see any improvement on that week. Next week, my skin just became worse. This place does not do the job well when it comes to facials.
