I’ve been going for 5 years and I’ve had a good experience with Botox. I’ve been put with Kyle a couple times and every time I leave so traumatized by how aggressively hard he is on my face. I was noticeably uncomfortable and he never tried to accommodate me in any way. Will never be back.
I just left Face Lab, and I must say how impressed I am. From the moment I walked into the office, I had a warm and fuzzy feeling. The receptionist was super sweet. Kyle, my aesthetician, was AMAZING. He eloquently explained the process and walked me through everything he was doing while he was doing it. He, too, was personable and affable. I had an amazing aesthetician who stopped working after giving birth to twins. I have finally found someone else to take good care of my skin. Thank you, Kyle! See you on a regular!
