I received Botox and juvederm XL and NP Kaitlyn at the grandview location was a literal angel. She answered every question, had amazing bedside manner, and most importantly kept The integrity of my lips, while making them as full as possible. Sam, the guest experience manager was a QUEEN. I’m a lifer for sure! Cant wait to go back for my microneedling session.
I honestly had such a great experience. All the staff was kind and welcoming. They listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s been 2 full week since they injected my forehead and GIRL, my forehead won’t move and now I don’t have a constant furrowed brow.. like my best friend said I look different and my RBF has gone away. 😂 I will definitely be back in a few months and I’ll probably end up doing the membership after all. Thanks again everyone in the office.

Wow, I wasnt even going to bother leaving a review after my visit until I just saw the most recent one below about the petite nurse. Instead of describing her, I'll say she is the one in the bottom right corner of the photo of everyone who works there, the one you have on Google. She was so cold, unemotional and I felt really judged. She is the exact and only reason I wouldn't go back to that location and would go to Westerville instead. I feel good knowing I wasn't alone. I have been hesitant to leave a review, because often the business takes it personal instead of seriously. However, I enjoy going here.. mostly. I enjoy what a good deal the annual membership is and I think the injector does a good job. But I want to be very honest in hopes that something will change.
