Visited Face First yesterday for the first time as I'm new to the area. The laid-back atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, but it was the skilled and friendly care I received that makes me happy to return.
8/16 I’m happy to say that two days ago I went back to Face First for a Jet Age facial as I call it. Jane is amazing again. This is my second time there and I have to say she has been the only nurse that has made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. I have no worries when in her chair and the best explanation of the procedure and care after is always given. I plan on going back too! Jane is the best in my book! I wish I could give 6 stars. The staff is patient, kind, knowledgeable and downright fun!! Yes fun. Jane not only listened to my concerns, but patiently explained in detail why my face and neck were aging, and how we could address them. She was not pushy at all. I am a baby about needles, but I barely felt a thing! Jane is a very talented professional who treats people patience and kindness. I highly recommend Face First. Also, the office is bright, cheerful and very clean. I honestly had a great time.
