I had a very disappointing experience with ASTEL. I originally booked a consultation for microblading after seeing her work on Instagram and liked her portfolio. EDIT TO ADD: Despite the business claiming they used a proper numbing protocol, the picture below can prove otherwise. I snapped this picture while I was being "numbed". As you can see, this cream is unevenly slapped on and CLEAR in color. A high-end numbing cream should be opaque in color, topped with saran wrap to trap the heat. I have been using various services for years. I have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is professional, kind and knowledgeable. My recent visit I was with Atorina and she was great! She explained everything about a product change they had made and answered all my questions. Excellent experience, I highly recommend.
