They are so unprofessional. They don’t answer their phone, It was a waste my time driving there and then they are out of business and moved. How hard is it to change your address so customers don’t waste their time?! Such a waste of time. 100% don’t recommend going. Also they lied about their hours and close earlier then most ‘professional’ spas. But they aren’t professional so that explains it.

I had the pleasure of getting an express facial which is 30 minutes of pure heaven. After my facial ended, I wished I booked the 1 hour facial. It was the most relaxing and freeing facial. Shermell has an inviting and welcoming spirit of her space and herself. Cannot wait to book my 1 hour facial and other services. A philly client for life.

I received the 60 Minute Classic European Facial and it was absolutely amazing! Shermell welcomes you with fruit infused water & fresh fruit and crackers before your service. She was very friendly and great to talk to! We went over my skin issues & skincare routine where she offered great suggestions aimed at achieving the goals I have for my skin.
