Came here for exilis to remove unwanted fat. Some how Runchana botched it. 25 min after the procedure I looked deformed. I new something was wrong during the procedure and kept telling her to stop but she didn't. I ended up having to do cosmetic surgery to correct the issue. Also, had a friend go to her. She ended up having a third degree burn and needing medical attention. I don't understand how Runchana messed it up. Runchana is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and offers exactly what you need. I had a few of the Exilis body sessions and the results are remarkable. Already planning to come back for more. Highly recommend.
Grateful and confused how I was able to get an appointment with Runchana-- I'm shocked she isn't booked out all the time! She listened to what I was looking for out of my facial, was super thorough with greatly-needed extractions, considerate of my skin type, and never tried to push extra/unneeded services on me. I have been going to Runchana for approximately 4 years now and everything she does is with care, knowledge and honesty. She wont sell you anything unnecessary and recommends treatments that are right for you. I have had numerous facials, vivace & PRP. There is no one in NYC who is better than her. No one.
Runchana is one of the best estheticians I have seen in the city. She is incredibly knowledgable and understands how to treat darker skin tones. I've had several Vivace treatments from her, and I am blown away by the results. I've had Vivace from another esthetician, in a dermatologist's office, and I did not get anywhere near the results of Runchana. She is now my go to for Vivace, peels, and facials!
