I had a great experience with Joe and his team! Communication via text/phone/email was straight and to the point, I could always count on them to remind me of tasks and keep me up to date on progress of loan. They also assisted in finding homeowners insurance that beat the price and coverage of any I had researched on my own. Paperwork was always sent promptly, I never had to ask for anything from this team. I highly recommend Joe, his attention to detail made my life at this hectic and stressful time easy.

I worked with Joe on the listing side and the deal was completely seamless. His buyer was clear to close in less than 30 days and the communication was fantastic. I highly recommend working with Joe!

Great experience from start to finish. Joe made sure that everything went as smooth as possible during my home buying process. I would recommend Legacy to anyone planning to buy their next home.
