Betty came highly reccomended by a friend. We needed business and personal taxes done. Intitial phone call was wonderful and were very excited but there were communication and time issues shorty after. She as very difficult to get a hold of and simply too busy. Started uploading paperwork to the online hub and was told we needed to pay a $350 "Good Faith" payment. That it has taken her hours to print all the paperwork we uploaded. Not only does she handle our taxes with skill and care, but she’s incredibly responsive any time I call or email with questions — even outside of tax season! Great accountant! so friendly!
Betty goes above and beyond helping her customers. I was selling a house to one of her customers relocating from Ohio for the summer. She assisted the customer with all the paperwork and made sure I had all the information I need for their closing on their vacation home. She really cares about her customers and I’m very impressed with her. I wish she had a location here in Florida.
Betty provides an awesome service and has a wonderful personality I would recommend her and do recommend her to all of my friends with businesses. Highly highly highly recommend!
