Fabritec is one of the best companies in the country. They have the best products and customer service. Katie, is detail oriented and gives great advice. I have worked with her for many years. The workmanship with the roman shades is beautiful. They always stand behind their products when there is a problem which is few and far between. Thank you Katie & Fabritec

Blinds arrived timely, but poorly made, sides frayed, brackets bent, one totally broke off, one charging cord and antenna totally sheared off. Company was not helpful at all in helping us fix the problem. Kate, customer service Called us liars, refused to stand behind their product. Ask for supervisor to call a week ago, still waiting….! Buyer beware, order from someone else!!!
