Slipped by an unsigned easement, without explaining what an easement is, during signing for purchase. Then later allowed the second party to send signed copy of easement into the agreement, via fax, after 6 pm, having closed earlier. Response is, gee, they are sorry. Oopsie, thanks for your money but we take NO accountability for the oversight, ruining your life. We will shuffle you off to associates wanting $35 000, to start proceedings, to reverse the error.
