We are an "old school" fabric store. We are the home of the $3.95 a yard fabric. We have quilting fabrics, home decor fabrics, apparel fabrics and more. We also carry yarn, sewing notions, quilting notions. We offer sewing classes, alterations, machine repairs, shear sharpening and friendly service. We also have several vendors on consignment for your shopping pleasure!

I stopped in with my sister on a whim and we had such a lovely experience. The ladies (who I believe are the owners) were so sweet and welcoming. This will be my go to now for all my crafting needs. They also offer sewing classes! On the antiques side, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great pricing on jewelry. Walked out with plenty of great things for a great price!
My mom and I went here looking for curtain fabric. They didn't really have anything to pick from other than cotton fabric. That aside, I was looking in a bin full off remnants and when I began to walk away a large strap on a tote bag that was just laying on the floor in front of me caught my boot and sent me flying. I was, however, able to stop myself from falling but managed to whack my hand on the table behind me causing my thumb to swell up, not to mention it broke my fingernail! I am sad to leave this review because of how many great experiences I see others having at this store but my experience was not that. The staff who I believed to be the owners were incredibly rude, they would not offer explanations to a beginner as myself. I had plans to bring machines here for repairs and hoped to come back for lessons to learn but will not be returning. Disappointed in this “ mom and pop shop”.
I love Amy and Sherry! They are so nice and the fabric they have is a great quality!! If you need anything to do with sewing, go to Fabric and things!!
