It seems there are some mixed reviews about “costumer service” here so I just wanted to leave my experience! Upon walking in I was greeted and was explained the different prices of bolts and other sections. From there I wondered around looking at every odd and end around. Very good prices and kind staff. This shop is full of beautiful items and unique materials. Also i brought my 5 year old in with me. He went straight for chasing the cat. I thought I would have to leave but instead of getting angry or impatient the staff offered Legos for him to play with and where so kind to him.
Fabrics n Things in Leominster, MA🤩 There’s all kinds of unique fabrics. Some are even from estates and you wouldn’t find them anywhere else! S.A.L.E. Galore!!! Amy has a philosophy of keeping this craft affordable and boy did she ever! $3.95 a yard?!?!
Not at all friendly for beginner sewists; one lady (Amy) was very kind but another (Sherry) was so off-putting and condescending in the way she speaks to potential customers that I will never return and I will tell my friends who are getting into sewing to also go elsewhere. Such a terrible and uncomfortable experience. Even my boyfriend told me he hated it there and asked me if we can shop somewhere else.
