Fabricland closed permanently February 2023. Their Courtenay store is still open. The closest fabric store is now Discovery Fabrics, about 2 blocks away at 919 Ironwood Street. Discovery Fabrics specializes in high quality apparel fabrics and carries a few notions. There is also a sewing store in Willow Point if you need quilting supplies
This store is much needed in Campbell River! We have many crafters and hobbiests who now have to drive 45 minutes to Courtenay - because the landlords of the bldg 2x the rent! Now they're closing - shame on the landlords!!!😡
Fabricateland has always been my go to store for all my sewing needs. Customer service is excellent! Anything you need for the DIY crafter, sewer or anything related is there. UNFORTUNATLEY this store is permanently closing January 2023. It's an absolute tragedy. Campbell River is losing all its great stores. Super sad about this store closing.
