I REALLY wanted to love Fabricate. I'm new to sewing, was excited to check out their fabrics/classes and was looking to support local business. When I entered the store I was abruptly told the store was closing soon and I would need to be extremely brief (though the hours posted on Google said I still had over an hour.) Amazing store! Lovely atmosphere and up to date website
I like to support my community but this experience was a real set back. Fabricate did NOT fulfill the exact requests. I attached the email and photo of the item. They never made a special mask the clip was missing. There was never communication to stop by.... Michaels in boulder helped and they have donated countless face masks to those in need as well. I wish you the best and please learn from this experience that I am your community and our children need support.
Not local to Boulder to visit in person, but great online ordering experience! Received an order confirmation, fulfillment notification and got my items in the mail very shortly after! Will certainly look to Fabricate the next time I’m yarn shopping!
