Worst customer service ever!They refused to assist me except send the fabric back at your expense and order new fabric AND pay more shipping. Their website said I was buying flannel, but it was plain cotton. They insulted and harassed me via email, and now refuse to talk to **** need someone's help.

This is absolutely not true. This customer may have meant to order white flannel fabric, but she ordered KONA-WHITE which is a quilter's grade cotton fabric (not flannel). Our listings for both fabrics are on ****and can be viewed for accuracy in the listings. We offered to send her the the flannel fabric she was seeking, but we did ask her to pay for the shipping charges to reship the flannel to her along with paying to return the cotton fabric. If this was our mistake, we would have covered all the additional shipping fees... read more
