This place was amazing... SO many fabrics and materials to choose from and the consultant we worked with was so helpful in choosing just the right fabric for our project!!!
I walked in today, not knowing they were technically closed, and Zack helped me anyway! They told me the store no longer sells fabrics by the yard, but still offered what they had available. The selection didn't suit my needs, but Zack gave me several stores where I could go to get other upholstery fabric. The store seems more oriented to designing or repair services, not buying stuff off the shelves. I recommend calling first to see if or how they can assist you.
