Updating my review as management contacted me IMMEDIATELY to resolve the issues caused by this one worker. As I want to support a local owned business - I am updating my review as he offered to personally manage the project from here on. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do not follow up, they do not take notes of your conversation, and then blame their customers for their lack of organization and documentation. So rude and unprofessional. I recommend going elsewhere and if you do go and Dawna is helping you ask for someone else!!!!!!
I have worked with the folks at Fabric Farm to do more than a dozen projects for a home we are renovating. They are wonderful people who are really helpful as you pick out fabrics. The craftspeople they have working with them do a great job on reupholstery projects. They have done chairs, sofas, loveseats, etc. for me and everything has turned out exemplary. The pricing is reasonable and the work is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring life back to an old piece of furniture.
We took in a pair of chairs that had been my wife's grandparent's to be recovered. They did a wonderful job restoring them.
