I was thrilled to find a Janome dealer in Omaha! I discovered them when my machine jammed in the middle of something I needed to repair for a business. They were so helpful and willing to look at the issue (and repair it) on the spot! I was so grateful for their amazing customer service! They saved my day!!!

Eva, especially, went out of her way to help me pick out fabrics, figured out the yardage, layout and suggestions on piecing it together.
