We had our lanai built by Fabritech in December 2021. Throughout the whole process they were extremely professional and delivered exactly when they said they would. Always stayed in communication with us, through each step, the permits, the pavers, etc. once the lanai was completed, we couldnt be happier, beautiful! Now this is the kicker……..we live in South Fort Myers and just survived Hurricane Ian….and guess what? So did our lanai! The worse they NEVER return phone calls. Trying for 2 yrs to get roof leak over lanai fixed. NOT YET!

I live in Island Walk. The FABRI TECH CONCRETE DIVISION CD 16 crew working at 5804 Drummond Way took the LIBERTY to use my yard for transporting dead trees and materials to their truck in the street with a Bobcat for several days and several trips. I did not approve this access and told them this was not acceptable to use the community access areas at each end of the street behind our homes.
