Rented a car from her via Turo to drive to Ohio for the holiday weekend (roughly a 480 mile drive) Stopped to get gas when we got into Ohio and noticed that the tags were dead and registration expired. Turo had to tow the car back because it was illegal for me to drive and she refused to pick it up. She tried blaming me of scamming (even though I didn’t get a full refund, I paid for the day I did have it) and even insinuated that there’s reasons I need to avoid cops. Customer service and accommodation was great. The GX was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday road trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was well kept and a fun drive. The exterior hadn’t been cleaned, but we were driving up to the mountains and it was raining when we picked up the truck so it didn’t really matter to us. Communication with the owner was open and easy. I would recommend them and will consider their services for my future needs.
