Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this firm, similar to what many others have described. The first year working with them was fine. However, this past year was a nightmare. I repeatedly contacted them for updates, and responses were extremely delayed or nonexistent. Initially, they told me they had filed an extension with the IRS and that I should not worry. After weeks of radio silence I did some online research (which I should have done before contacting them but they were recommended). Like many before me, they ghosted me. Thanks to the comments from other users and worried about total silence, I scrambled and managed to file on time. No clue why they take on new clients and then stop responding. Worst accounting experience ever.
I have worked with the Fabers for over five years. They always work on my return and send things on time. Very reliable very helpful. Their website is great so everything you do can be uploaded very convenient and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Thanks to a very important event in our lives, my wife and I needed our taxes done super fast, and we were referred to Ian by our attorney. He and Melissa were incredibly patient and kind, and they got everything done for us just in time! If they had told me that they needed to charge us extra for the short timeframe, I would have gladly paid it, but they didn't even do that.
