Thanks to a very important event in our lives, my wife and I needed our taxes done super fast, and we were referred to Ian by our attorney. He and Melissa were incredibly patient and kind, and they got everything done for us just in time! If they had told me that they needed to charge us extra for the short timeframe, I would have gladly paid it, but they didn't even do that.
