After weeks of radio silence I did some online research (which I should have done before contacting them but they were recommended). Like many before me, they ghosted me. Thanks to the comments from other users and worried about total silence, I scrambled and managed to file on time. No clue why they take on new clients and then stop responding. Worst accounting experience ever.
I have worked with the Fabers for over five years. They always work on my return and send things on time. Very reliable very helpful. Their website is great so everything you do can be uploaded very convenient and efficient. I highly recommend them.
