Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this firm, similar to what many others have described. The first year working with them was fine. However, this past year was a nightmare. I repeatedly contacted them for updates, and responses were extremely delayed or nonexistent. Initially, they told me they had filed an extension with the IRS and that I should not worry.
