ZERO STARS. Absolutely terrible to work with. As a defendant; I have been hung up on numerous times, cussed at, belittled, talked down to, and shown no sympathy. I have spent more time on hold then I have talking to an actual human being. Lawyers will not reach out to you (Michael Foster, Joy Jackson, and/or James Eufinger). Zero compassion from their representatives.
Very nasty place to deal with. Their client, Crown Assets, bought my debt when my daughter was stillborn and lost most of my income due to being on FMLA. No contact for three years, so had no idea who to contact to pay and try to get caught up. Before Riley's stillbirth, all my payments had been on time. Riley's death was what caused that to snowball. Refuse to send any receipt or any settlement agreement by mail. Settled for 2 liens and they only paid off one even though my account show zero?
