F45 Old Town is an awesome gym! It’s always clean and well organized, and the coaches are super helpful, encouraging and quick to help with correct form. A great place to train!
Coach JD recently stepped in when there was a lot of uncertainty with Coach Corri leaving. But I have to say, he has truly stepped up and made a lasting impression. His energy in class is different from Corri’s, but that doesn’t make it any less great. JD brings his own style. It’s motivating, focused, attentive and he has great taste in music.
